Developing a meditation practice is the first step to making changes or enhancing health and wellness for mind and body. At Omaha Integrative Care we offer a Guided Meditation class suitable for those with existing practices or someone who wants to learn how. We will meet on Wednesdays at 9 AM so you can start that hump day off in the right frame of mind. Meghan and Julie will give practical tips and facilitate sharing about the practice and how to make it a part of your life.
