Sound familiar? Yoga for the Inner Soul is a class designed for women in their 40s and up looking for a supportive environment to explore the deep and meaningful changes ahead. Yoga has been shown to improve insomnia, hot flashes and create a sense of well-being.
Teri’s class focuses on this change in life for women using Meditation, Breath work, Asanas/Movement and Affirmations.
Classes are now held on both Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The 6 week sessions may be pro-rated.
